I LOVE WHAT I DO…

I’ve spent more than 30 years in this business, ten of them focused on healthcare. I started out on big consumer brands: credit cards, cable networks, coffee, beer (lots of beer), and banks. Those early years taught me a lesson I still rely on today: people respond to work that feels human, honest, and well made.

I lead creative teams and stay close to the work, pushing for strong ideas, protecting craft, and helping brands break through in a world where so much work has become fast, disposable, and easy to ignore. Great creative still matters. Maybe more than ever.

I use AI the same way I use any good tool, carefully, intentionally, and in service of the idea. It helps with speed and exploration, but taste, judgment, and humanity still come from the person using it.

Along the way, the work I’ve been part of has been recognized by Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, D&AD, Communication Arts, The One Show, and others. Awards aren’t the goal, but they’re often a reflection of teams that care deeply about the work.

Outside of work, I stay grounded through running, reading, live music, movies, and meditation. Staying curious about the world and the work keeps me inspired.
